Eyeliner
Does your eyeliner smudge? Does it wear off during the day? Have trouble getting it straight or even? Allergic to cosmetic products or your allergies cause you to re-apply several times a day? More women everyday are finding that for the above reasons--and many more--permanent eyeliner is perfect for them. Eyeliner can be applied in many styles and colors, from soft, natural-looking lash enhancement to a defined line--the choice is yours! Whatever look you choose, you will wake up, shower, exercise, work, swim, and go to bed always looking your best. Eyeliner involves adding definition and enhancement of the lashes. A very small amount of pigment can be dotted in between the eyelashes to give you a fuller lash look. For a more dramatic look the pigment can be placed above the lashes lending a sharp or kohl effect for the eyes.

For these reasons and many, many more, women all over are finding that permanent eyebrows are perfect for them. From providing a basic guideline for you to follow should you like to pencil them yourself, to total brow recreation. Brows can be created from a few hair strokes to fill those holes to dramatic fully colored brows that even your closest friends won't believe aren't your own.

Lip Color
Tired of re-applying your lipliner and lipstick over and over again during the day? Would you like more definition, fuller lips, or to correct a crooked lip line? Lipliner can be applied to give more definition, correct uneven lips, or add fullness to the mouth. The procedure also helps prevent lipstick from bleeding and can minimize the appearance of wrinkles by naturally bringing collagen to the lips surface. Poorly or unevenly shaped lips can be overcome with permanent makeup. This procedure can define the shape of your lips by correcting the contour of the mouth making them appear to be fuller. It is achieved by the following procedures, lip liner, lip color or both. Full lip color can be applied in either a natural hue enhancing the natural color of the lips or a more vivid one. Sometimes lip liner alone can look artificial. If the color compliments your skin tone or you really like the look of a definitive line around the lips, then lip liner can be a good choice for you. Most of the time the look of full lip color is better. If a brilliant color is what you want to achieve, there are some wonderful colors available. Permanent lip color looks magnificent when applied well, but remember, the color is IN your skin, not on top of it, like traditional lipstick. The best way to bring out the brilliance is to add clear gloss. You will be amazed at the difference. Natural colors will look like your natural lip, just as if you were born that way. You can always put opaque lipstick over any permanent lip color to change your look, depending on your outfit, mood or special occasion. The final shape of the lip is incredibly important. For clients who want to have larger looking lips, usually going to just the very outer limits of the vermilion (edge) of the lip itself are sufficient. Extreme caution must be taken when extending the color into the surrounding skin. Experiment with your own lip pencils to see what look you like the best and then discuss the shape and color thoroughly. If a person has a tendency to cold sores/herpes, an anti-viral prescription is needed prior to getting permanent lip color applied. Finally, remember that permanent lip color may fade considerably and is one of the hardest areas to hold color. It may require several sessions before the desired look is achieved. Remember all color eventually fades, so touch ups are very important.

Corrective
Corrective Some clients have specialty needs and interests beyond the standard eyebrows, eyeliner and lip coloration. Camouflaging can take two different courses. Either a traditional tattoo can be applied over the discoloration or scar or the skin can be re-toned to more closely match the surrounding area. Re-coloration is most successful on those areas not exposed to the daylight on a regular basis. The surrounding skin will change color from UV exposure, even if protected by sun block, but the tattooed area will not change with it. Applying a traditional artistic design over a scarred or discolored area is the other option. As tattooing has become mainstream, many more people are turning to this method to convert something that bothers them, into a work of beauty and art.
